CYRIC offers Research and Innovation Services for its customers in the fields of engineering design and prototyping, electronics and communications and software solutions. In addition a number of specialised consultancy and entrepreneurship services are offered to startups and SMEs.

Elastic Hybrid IT Infrastructure

The CyRIC ICT Division handles a complicated IT infrastructure that is geared towards small, medium and large scale deployments. We manage an infrastructure that is a Hybrid by nature and is composed by a Private Cloud and has with a direct and seamless link to the Microsoft Azure® Cloud where large scale deployments can take place. Through this seamless integration of our Private Cloud and Azure Public Cloud, we can create isolated development, staging or production environments where no project is too big. We have elastic processing power, extensive data aggregation and mining capabilities, large scale deployment capabilities and we can have complex service infrastructures setup and running in minutes.

3D Rapid Prototyping and Scanning Machine

3D printing of plastic models with high accuracy of ultra-thin 16µm layers that enables manufacturers and industrial designers to reduce cost of product development cycles and dramatically shorten time-to-market of new products.

Thermal Imaging Equipment

Used in a vast range of applications and sectors, such as building diagnostics, predictive maintenance, manufacturing, military, agriculture, medical, R&D, testing, etc.

Engineering Software Packages

2D/3D CAD Design, FEM Analysis, Image Analysis, Labview (NI) and others.

Electronics & Systems Integration Lab

The lab is equipped and staffed to provide services such as development of control and data acquisition systems, integration of high-end sensors and scientific instruments. Custom electronic prototype boards are also developed for R&D and verification purposes. Integration and data manipulation, using industry standard development platforms such as Labview, Ladder, Visual C.

Engineering Fabrication Facilities

Modern and flexible machine shop with turning, milling, drilling, grinding, cutting and welding services for ferrous, non-ferrous and plastic materials, capable of providing a diverse range of precision engineering products.
